I purchased the online assessment and gave my credit card information, but cannot find my username and password?
Your username and password were automatically generated when you purchased the assessment. Both were displayed on your confirmation screen at the time of your order and both were e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provided.
I am putting in my username and password, but I get an error saying that my username or password is not valid?
Be sure you have the username and password exactly as they appear. You may want to copy and paste them directly into the login box, but be careful not to include any extra spaces, as this will cause an error.
I completed The Mullling Factor and have found that I am misemployed. Can you help me find a job? Should I contact
an agency to help me find a job?
The Mulling Companies provides a one-day community seminar for $500 that teaches you the basics of a job search campaign. You may call 770-395-3131 for more information and to find the available dates. As far as paying an agency, please understand that employment agencies or executive search firms are paid by the company to fill their positions. You should not pay an agency to do this for you. There are firms out there that try to get people's money and we encourage you to be very careful in that respect.
Now that I have completed The Mulling Factor assessment and it has shown me my work style, can you provide me with
a list of jobs that are ideal for my work style?
While the book gives several examples for each style, there is not a set list of jobs because of the many differences in each boss and work environment, the same job title can need a different employee due to the specific management style of a particular boss.
For example, a buyer for an office supply business would need to be an implementor because of the lack of creativity required (and allowed) by the company to order staples and pens. On the otherhand, a buyer at a high fashion ladies apparel business would need to be an innovator because of all the artistic judgement needed to buy this type of merchandise.
So we cannot provide one list that puts all jobs with the same job title in one of the four categories on The Mulling Factor. The book explains how to evaluate a particular job based on a chart showing your work style with the ideal type of boss and work environment.
